Lab sessions Are created for anybody who is up for a challenge, at all fitness levels! The lab is intended to turn community members with similar fitness goals, into team members who hold each other accountable.
Coach Taylor offers modified versions of each workout and works closely with team members to correct form & technique. To further the community building experience, we're currently working on a partnership with a local eatery to provide discounted, HEALTHY juices & meals exclusively to LAB team members, post Saturday workouts (Coming Soon...).
The lab is the fun, inclusive, educational, and affordable alternative for people who are looking for that one-on-one experience.

... but eventually, 'Saturday In The LAB' will be offered at an affordable, sliding scale rate. We want to make sure our community has access to the tools they need to reach their personal wellness goals; a fun, safe space to learn & train, effective fitness techniques that can be used at home, accountability partners.
Plus, every session is accompanied by music to keep the energy high!
